XTrac pads review
I've been running the XTrac Ripper 3XL (36"w x 18"h x 1/8" (914mm x 457mm)) mouse pad now for several months. I believe I picked it up a couple weeks before last Christmas. Earlier in the fall I picked up a new desk and I didn't want the surface of the desk to end up all scratched up a wore looking like my old desk. I found the XTrac's online and thought, why not?!
  After living with my purchase for going on three months now and using it daily I can't find a fault in it. I do throw down some mild gaming sessions on it and yeah occasionally eat at the desk and it has yet to show any wear. Cleanup is simple with a damp cloth. I have yet to spill anything on it though.(knocks on wood) It works flawlessly with any of my laser gaming mice, G9(x)/G5. It also offers a soft place to rest your wrists on while typing. All in all it's GREAT . XTrac also offers a "Hard" version but it's not like the RAZER eXactMat which is rigid. This mat is more of the foam pad bottom with a plastic surface. I don't have one so I can't really say how well it tracks, especially in gaming. Just by the feel and quality of the mat I currently have I would have to say the hard mats are of great quality too. Both of the mat designs have a sticky icky rubber bottom that will keep the mat from sliding around the desk on you when you're getting your frag on! So slipping is not an issue. Very durable, great tracking, soft, BIG, I mean REALLY BIG!! What's not to like. There are several sizes to choose from on their site. I've had the same 24" X 18" pad I bought some 8 years ago ... and it's looking pretty ragged. This is exactly what I've been looking for !

Ive been using the same gaming mats for years, good quality shit...
I don't own the 3XL one but I have two of the XL ripper's and one regular for my new gaming Lappy... You can find them at newegg....

I like my G9 it does have some build quality issues but they aren't that major. 9/10 for me.

Gotta love that G15 V1 and G5 combo, that is exactly what I have for my rig. The blue LED G15 is soo much better than the new one. And the G5 is a pretty solid mouse, I have had that and the MX518 and they were both fantastic mice, still working today.

Looks great - I never knew that there was a company out there that made mousepads that big.
I'm personally not a big fan of cloth mousing surfaces - I prefer a textured plastic surface myself. Right now I'm using an 19x13" mousepad that I got from an Office Depot employee (usually the big thing on the counter at checkout that has product information inside it) I can put my own picture in it (hott ladies ). It was free and I fucken love it!
