What is the best brand of distilled? - RRTech...The SOURCE for Extreme Liquid Cooling

So I buy Crystal Clear distilled and it has shit floating in it... What does everyone use??

I get some double distilled water from my lab.

Never really trusted the stuff you can get in storebought.

If you have a friend that works in a university, try asking him for a gallon. It's usually not that difficult to carry out.

really? its fucking distillled. storebrand ftw. if its got floaties than run it thru a filter (one of those bobo brita filters should work). its water not nuclear physics

just make sure all your connections are tight and leak test thoroughly.

My personal choice in 'distilled' is Maker's Mark.

But seriously, if you have visible flotsam and jetsam in your storebought water, go elsewhere. I just get the local supermarket brand and all is well.

My Target-branded distilled water has built-in corrosion inhibitors. The label warns that it is not compatible with EK products, though. Each gallon comes with a free toy, too!

I would be pissed if I found shit floating in any sealed liquid product whether soda, distilled water, and paint. It should never happen.

Unfortunately my local store doesn't carry what I need. They also do not carry any sort of Klondike bar but I digress.

Also where I live, there are many places or small towns where there are no local stores, I'm in the sticks man.

Kroger distilled water is $0.65 when it goes on sale once a month.

The question though, does the plastic leach into the water if it's been sitting on the shelf and exposed to sunlight over time? Do the jugs have BPA contaminates too? No, I'm not looking to drink it.

I use to work in retail. The only time we would buy a mass load of DI is if we had one hell of a deal. Oh and no one looks at dates on water, so we never pulled any, just made sure it was dusted.
