Bringing the "King of Cool" crown home... The PA120 radiator series features a dual-row dual-pass 120mm form factor, available in single, double and triple sizes, optimized for the fans of today and putting into practice everything learned about watercooling efficiency and performance over the past 3 years. Building on the original PA series radiators, Thermochill now bring to the table a new 15mm spaced version for better compatibility housed in a more compact shell. Performance specs will be released soon on this new Radiator.

Gary at SidewinderComputers (http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/) should be receiving stock this week. The Thermochill PA120.4 and PA140.3 radiators are scheduled to ship tomorrow, 22 June 2009.
I will be receiving two PA120.4 radiators to install in my MM Pedestal 24. Ben will be shipping me two new side panels for the Pedestal 24 this week as well.
It appears on close inspection that the PA120.4 has four mounting holes for the Thermochill fan shrouds that I love so much...:crack:

does anyone know if thermochill plan to release 140.x size radiators? currently hardware labs are the only ones making them (other than the feser monsta)... and they seem to only perform once you get an eleventy billion CFM fan on them thats as loud as a jumbo...

Yes, Thermochill is planning to release 140.x rads, in fact they should be right around the corner....

:banana10:
heres hoping they are 14.5cm wide or less so they can fit inside a drivebay without modding...technically there should be no reason why they cant be..... it really annoys me that the hardware labs ones are over 15cm wide for no apparent reason...

Not sure if it would pwn it out right, but would perform better thermally. Thing of it is, just can't do much better than a 1.5-1.9c Delta on a OC 920. Just not that much more room to improve.

Correct, and after that in a logical sense anything additional is just a a waste.
but who knows, maybe we'll be dealing with an ever worse power hungry bitch in the future. For now, I am happy as a pig in shit to be able to cool my whole machine with ease on one rad.

Yeah,
And if you believe all the fish tank heater rad testing guys, everything scales in a linear fashion:D. So I'm not sure how much for performance increase is available with an increased load percentage wise:shrug:
I would be interested in seeing some real world testing results between the two configs without some bullshit extrapulation though. I don't fucking cool fish tanks, I cool high end LC rigs:D, so all that other shit I read on the net in for academic purposes only.
But that's just me:up:

The core is just the guts of the rad and looks more like a trans cooler.
The pro is enclosed in the stainless steel housing and is the only way to go because it protects the fins frmo being bent. Pro is the only way to go.
I think it cost me 220-230 or something like that for the whole thing with the fan holder. It is worth every penny. Don't be swayed by the price because you will never need to fuck with rads again after buying this. I'm tellin ya.

HAHA really. If you're gonna test a rad made to dissipate heat from a high end PC, why not test it on one?
After all, they don't test tampons on horses...and then fail them because they cant handle 5 times the vagina they were meant for.

Pretty much flawless paint, no blemishes and built like a tank. Only thing I saw that might be a concern was a very small gap on the end tank divider at the corner. But PA's have pretty much always had that to one degree or another.
All and all, I'm more excited about this rad from TC then any other new rad product. Even as much as I love my MO-RA, there's many more things you can do with a rad this size as far as case builds.
I may just have to so another rad box honoring these bad boyz:D

Not these two. There was one bad batch of paint back a year or so ago that flaked off if memory serves me. Other than that, I haven't seem a problem with paint on TC rads.

For example...The last time I was setting up my loop with two PA120's one of the rads fell while I was trying to screw it to the case. As it was falling it scraped against the edge of the case taking off all of the paint where it made contact. It is pretty well documented that the TC paint on the rads that were produced by TC came off fairly easily. That is why you see so many people repainting the things.
