Well I started this build just wanting to get my HTPC wet but it soon got out of hand.

I should explain... this isnt your usual movies only HTPC... Its more of a home entertainment PC. We use it for Gaming, Movies, Internet, Music etc

The Case:
Lian Li X2000

The Radiator:
HW Labs GTX 420 (140.3)

The floor needs to be cut to fit the rad.... the red shows how much was removed
Needed to drill out the pop rivets to remove the floor panel

Then to secure the rad I had to drill two holes as none of the existing ones lined up
To access these screws I had to cut off the metal tags

Perfect fit

Just had to move the HDDs towards the back about 25mm
mmmm dust filter.... this box has been in use for about 6 weeks on air

The Mobo Blocks:
Started with just a D-Tek Fusion V2 and S2E Fusion Block

Hay Ballz I'm planning an upcoming HTPC build. What kind of noise is that unit of yours making? I'm going for as silent as I can get it and case size is no big deal.
