I know most of you guys have seen this...

But here it for the RRR.com purists

I recently recieved 2 HW Labs 560 GTX rads from Sidewinder.... I cant tell you guys enough how impressed I am with Gary... nothing is too much trouble... he actually had his wife pick up the rads for me from the phillipines while there on holidays and lug them back to the states... I feel like I should send her a box of chockies :)

anyway, being GTXs with high fin density I was looking for high flow, high pressure 140mm fans... thats when I found the Delta FFB1424UHE... 367CFM, 70dba at 24V!!!

I Had to have them

here are a couple of pics and vids of some testing

enjoy....

oh and turn down the volume on your pc :D

I can't even tell you how much of a pain in the butt it is to bring stuff with you from overseas.
Yeah, send her some christmas cookies or something for the trouble.
Thats really very nice of her.

Now everyone can see why I SING the Gospel of Gary from the mountain tops...:D

Gary was in Texas yesterday, up in Arlington, about a 4 hour drive from where I live. It was unfortunate I wasn't able to go and meet him...:(

He is a first class guy and runs a first class company.

i wouldn't run those fans unless they were at least 50 feet away with some 5-10 walls inbetween us.

i have 2 x delta 120x38mm fans that spin at 3200rpm and i can hear them across my house 1 flight down. fuck that shit. i'd rather just get 2 radiators and the price paid for the 2nd rad will be the amount i'm willing to pay for the quietness.

Wow, that's cool!

Probably capable of dissipating several thousand watts at under a 10C delta with that sort of fan power. That is extreme!!

haha yeah fun times....

I did some tests on my GTX micro 184 (2x92mm fans) with deltas... unfortunately, negligible performance gains when compared to thermaltake 140cfm fans...

above about 140 cfm the air doesnt get a chance to pick up any more heat cos it only spends a split second in the fins.... was fun to play with tho :)

Yeah, after a certain point the only way to dissipate any more heat is surface area.
Those are some loud fans man.

Sounds like my wife in the morning with her hair dryer.
