LOLOL I threw it together after seeing someone sandwich an mcr220 between 4 ultra-kazes & had those layin around so I thought I'd top him to show how necessary it is to have such high powered fans on such a thin rad lmao.

hmm somebody suggested to naekuh to put some shroud between 2 fans to maximize airflow...
maybe you have some dud 38mm fan frames and care to do a simple test for us... hehehe... thanks...

Oooh, so your saying something like this:
[>][ ][>]| |[>][ ][>]
[>]= 38mm Fan
[ ]= 38mm Fan without blades (aka, shroud)
| |=Radiator
I see how that could work really well....
Hmmmmmmm.
BTW, looks great Sniper! ROFL...

NAekuh How loud is that setup ? looking at cooling my MM dual Horzi mobo Ascension EX & am now planning the rads & fans all of those goona be isolated in a ped or peds below the case
with no air xchange between case & peds
MoBo & the like ==> heat dump will be handled with just filtered case fans
in reality its a case sitting on an external rad box ,but will look like a solid unit in Black Powder Wrinkle with chrome & SS trim & blue high lites .......... build log will start soon ..........
looking at 4 iwaki's to pump the water

well if you turn it down, its not too loud..
The spacer in between the 38's did help a bit...
Im half debating on tearing it apart now, and building something else.
Its FREAKEN HARD mounting 480's.
