you may email some online vendors and see if they have some, i would try Petra's and Sidewinder's. then ebay <= good luck on this though...

or just use some hydrx anti corrosion stuff, and regularly do maintenance and check for corrosion

or it could be time to upgrade the cpu block... and EK supreme or Swiftech GTZ or the fuzion V2, and looking at long term investment, an 1366 mounting kit if you're going i7...

Sidewinders does not even list them as option any more, nor does Swiftech. I think they have completely discontinued the GTX line.

Well I have emailed Gabe & said Im SOL. Looked everywhere & still cant find one. I just hooked up with a new customer today, a plating company here in Chicago. They said they would be a ble to plate it for me in copper. I hope they will do it for FREE :) . Ill let you guys know how it goes, as it looks like it my only option.

& yes a new block would be the way to go, but I have many systems at home & going to get them all wet, so any new blocks I get will be for my other rigs.

I think copper tops is a limited run and now that the GTZ is released, there is no reason for them to continue manufacturing them. Your best bet is to keep it, replace with a new block or find a machinist to make custom tops for you.

The top it self cost 40 US$, add a little and you can get yourselft a new block.

It reigns Supreme over all other blocks.

Vcore.dk (http://www.vcore.dk/shop/ENG/kobbertop-til-swiftech-1325p.html) seems to still have them in stock. Costs almost as much as a new block but damn those copper tops are hot! I've ordered from them many times w/o problems.

I talked to the guys at the plating place & they are going to nickle plate it for me for FREE. I just need to hook them up on a couple of orders. Ill let you know how that turns out.

So I know R3's opinion on this ;), but what are some other good block? Im thinking the GTZ. I only have my cpu in the loop right now with a 120.2, mcp655-b, micro res....

This spring I plan on going crazy...i7 & cooling everything. I dont run my rigs in any cases. My main one (UD3P, x3330) is on my bench table. The others are totally NAKED!!

Check out watercools heatkiller rev3, the internals look very similar to Supremes and you can get it with a copper top! :)
