Ok here is my current rig:

Cosmos S Case, i7 920 (stock), 4870x2 + 4870 1gb, 6gb DDR3 1600 Corsair Dominators, 2x 640gb WD HDD (Raid 0), Enermax 1000w Galaxy (Replacing with a BFG EX-1200, smaller footprint).

Now I am going to water cool the system in 2 loops:

CPU:
Heatkiller 1366 + Backplate
XSPC 360 Rad + 3x Scythe SFF21F fans
Primochill Pro LRT UV Blue tubing 7/16 -5/8
Diamond thermal paste
mcp355 + XSPC Res on top.
7/16-5/0 Bitspower true silver compression fittings
Killcoils + Distilled Water

4870x2:
EK-FC4870 X2 Block (unless Heatkiller as a 4870x2 Version)
XSPC or Feser 240 RAD + 2x Scythe SFF21F fans
Primochill Pro LRT UV Blue tubing 7/16 -5/8
Diamond thermal paste
mcp355 + XSPC Res on top.
7/16-5/0 Bitspower true silver compression fittings
Killcoils + Distilled Water

What yea guys think?

Also is a 240 rad enough for a 4870x2?

Nice setup!!! In my own experience, the 240 rad will be enought to cool down the 4870x2 unless you are planing to do some crazy volt mod.
