The way that block is designed, it doesn't look like it will work on the revolution though due to the first slot being a full length x16 PCIe.

Actually, looking at the boards more closely, it looks like all the P6Ts use slightly different layouts of the components.

Welcome to the forum, ND40oz ;)

About the block fitting the P6T6, we need to see shots of naked P6T and P6T6 to confirm it works but I do believe it will fit as long as the NB/SB is still in the same positions.

Why thank you :o

Yeah, I've been looking on ZZF at the 6 different Asus x58 boards, and they all seem to have the nb/sb and other components in slightly different places.

The P6T6 WS Revolution has the extra nf200 chip, so it's under there somewhere.

The P6T WS Professional has a PCI-X chip somewhere on it, I think it's sitting at the back of the first PCI-X slot.

And then regular P6T and P6T Deluxe have completely different layouts of the SATA and EIDE ports and it's hard to tell if the components match up.

Hi Naekuh,

The blocks will depend on the layout of MOBO....If possible, we will make the channel as bigger as we can.

Septim

that is good to hear, sometime i wish for standardized placement of capacitors and NB and SB, so that 1 freezer can fit diff mobos...

red is good color...

hi vincent,

i hope the nb part of this block would allow a long soundcard to be mounted with no problems. damn r2e stock nb heatsink assembly blocks anything longer than the supremefx soundcard.
