I need this cut out of 3/8" acrylic. The outside dimensions are 14.5" x 21.75".

I dont have the tools or skills to properly cut 3/8" acrylic. I've contacted a few businesses in my area, but I live in central Pennsylvania right now and this isn't exactly the metropolis of yore.

Do any of you guys know somewhere/someone who can properly farbricate 3/8" acrlyic? and a ball park cost?

If not, i'll use .22 polycarbonate and do it myself, but i'd much rather have it done professionally.

thanks!

Have you tried any waterjet shops?

I had 4 shapes waterjet-cut into one sidepanel
http://i253.photobucket.com/albums/hh70/diggermats/sidewindowA.jpg
as shown here with an acryl panel taped up behind

it cost $75 (1-day turnaround). Apparently it was a small enough job that they could use the smallest (cheapest) machine. They had all sorts of (very nice-looking) acrylic samples at the shop, I've heard waterjetting is really good for that.

i'll def. be in touch.

on a more somber note, i've lost another member of my immediate family to FUCKIN cancer. this new build will feature 3 mobo's, all watercooled. 2 of the 3 will constantly be running F@H/WCG or someshit. one will be for me to kill deathknights.

ive got another front panel and side panels on the way from DD. im gonna stack another one on top of this one, with the custom back panel holding two horizontal mobo's.

Dude, that totally sucks, and I'm sorry for you loss.
If you ever feel like to bitching to someone, I'll lend you an ear. I know there's not much anyone can really say to make you feel better. But, after working a number of years in an Oncology office, I know you may want someone to talk to, yell at... I'll volunteer to be that person, if you don't have anyone else to just bitch to. I cannot pretend to understand what you're going through, the only thing I do know, is sometimes the best thing to do is just "LISTEN!"

Hope things start turning around for you.

ON a completely separate note to the guys from MountainMods... Hey... I emailed you yesterday about my custom panel, and haven't heard anything back.... Do you not have anything better to do than sit here reading and posting to some cool forum... <Grin> J/K of course. ;) :pint:

contacted mountainmods and received a very quick reply! Ty!
the pricing for this is extremely cheap, especially if I ship them my own acrylic (they don't stock 3/8" acrylic).
ill post some pictures of the finished item here.
