I stumbled across this rivatuner plug-in the other day
http://fg000005.host.inode.at/pub/vt1165.zip
It lets you adjust the GPU voltage. As far as I know this only works on GTX260 65nm, GTX280, GTX295, HD4870 and HD4870x2 cards.
Install is easy
first youll need to install this
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9B2DA534-3E03-4391-8A4D-074B9F2BC1BF&displaylang=en
and this
http://downloads.guru3d.com/RivaTuner-v2.22-download-163.html
then download and extract vt1165.zip, place the .dll in your /rivatuner/plugins/monitoring folder and run the .reg file
you can now add the voltage monitoring plugin to your hardware monitor in rivatuner, right click the VRM output voltage graph, select "setup", then "more" and your all set to fry your brand new $900 card :)
