Been delayed due to multiple issues...

1) Having to setup wireless network at my boss's house for son's XBOX LIVE...

2) My rear panel shifted during the laser cutting process, caused the countersunk holes required for assembly to be shifted 1-3mm... Good thing, is that I immediately called BEN @ MM and he shipped me a replacement panel that arrived Friday... THANKS BEN !!!!

Can't blame BEN for the mistake made by the fabricator... I know BEN was under pressure from some of us http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/images/smilies/wasntme.gif to ship the caes ASAP... I really have to give BEN credit for taking care of the problem imediately...

I'm almost done with my sons football team. Our last regular season game is tomorrow and the first week of playoffs is next weekend. Depending on how we do, we should be finished by 1st-2nd week December. These sports take up alot of time, but it is definately worth it. :up:

I have unfortunately been reading on the "other" forum about people's disdain at MY build not being finished for them.

I have a busy life, I work and do things with my son on the weekends. Most, if not all my posting during the day is done from my iPhone, while I drive from job to job.

This build of mine will be finished in due time, based upon my timeline.

What are all the fittings one needs to pull of that configuration, red? I see 2 rotaries. The rest of the fittings I'm unfamiliar with. Is it just by luck for all those fittings to connect like that based on the distance and location from the north bridge and vreg inlet and outlet ports?

Trial / error / luck while going through of all the different BP fittings I have, to get a fit.;)

I'll have to look later on Sidewinder's site, I removed all these fittings from their packages long ago...

there's the 2 rotaries and the big D plug that covers most of the horizontal distance. extra height is a couple of the extenders (tho they may be the rotary add on?)

I bricked my classi 4 way board this week due to a leak from a similar fitting setup. If you need to force the fittings to make the connection don't do it, allignment needs to be spot on.

Do you have a pic to show exactly how you had yours setup? Did you leak test?

To alleviate running into a leak while you are running your system, you preform a leak test prior to introducing electricity to your motherboard.

If the 'hard piping' passes the RD-30 test, running a small loop of just the NB/SB Freezer and Mosfet, I believe I'll be fine.;)

I tried doing this on my 759 w/ exact same parts you listed red and it was a bitch to get this on.. I can't figure out how to close the gap on the d-plug though, I fucking tried everything but to no avail.. I can't remember the part# but Maybe that thread spacer BP sells?

when I first leak tested I got a really slow leak, so I put another fatter o ring on each end, tested ok and ran fine for a few days... I went away for 2 days this week and was greeted by a small puddle on my mobo when I got back :(

Nah the d plug was fine...

Knowing you tho your leak test will run for a month :) id recomend deliberately running your loop hot when testing... I have a feeling that my o rings softened during the heat of the day and sprung a leak
