Do you care about noise? Your title says "quiet" but not your post and the Kaze fans are far from what I'd call quiet. If you don't care about noise you really can't beat the Deltas. San aces and Panaflos will hold up well in dirty environments too. I've got a few San Ace 9G and 109R high speed fans lying around if you're interested. The San Aces undervolt the best out of anything.

Gentle Typhoons are not using a sleeve bearing bro.
SlipStreams are just another shit sleeve-bearing fan like YL's.

I will never buy another scythe slip stream in my life, I bought 8 last yuear within 2 months I had 3 left due to somehow the blades were seizing up my house is not that damn dusty. :bird: slipstream and :bird: yate loons

San ace, Delta, Nidec Servo (makers of GT) all use ball bearings.
Panaflo/NMB uses "hydro-wave" bearings. This is similar to a sleeve bearing but it's designed to distribute the oil evenly and is fully sealed so there's no loss.

My Yates are still working 100% never had one fail even in the horizontal position.
My even cheaper Masscool fans however ive had about a 1-5 failure rate.
