My friend won a raffle for this motherboard a few years ago at a LAN party.

DFI ICFX3200-T2R/G

At the time, it seemed like a high-end board, especially since he couldn't afford the components required to make it run (CPU, RAM, PCI-E Card).

Now that he has $$, he bought the remaining components. I hooked it all up, and it doesn't turn on.

There is a yellow LED on the motherboard when the power supply is switched on, but nothing will fire up. I've swapped multiple known good CPUs, Power Supplies, RAM, and PCI-E Cards and nothing.

I am thinking it's DOA and we just never confirmed until now since we never had the components to test it. I told him that and now he's pissed, but I can't think of any other possibly cause except DOA.

Anyone?

Did you clear the cmos? Try it. It probably will not work but worth a try if you haven't all ready.
