the phase-changer is modded with a better evap, heatexchanger etc,
suction line is also longer.

chiller you be better off using eraser clay around socket and use the dielectic grease for bottom side of cpu pins an socket

eraser clay i only use with Dice and lnē.

for tec and phase-change i use socket isolation kits, easier in use and work to same, but a little more expensive then the Eraser clay.

For going subzero there is only 1 rule :

air tight closed, no air, no condensation

amen. the more neoprene and dielectric grease the better. it would be a shame to under insolate and kill that setup
