I recently got a rivet nut gun from Mcmaster's and should I use 6-32 screws or 8-32 screws for more strength.
Gonna mount a ddc 3.2+Xspc res top on rad with UN brackets, case,grill,38mm fan, gasket, shroud, rad,UN bracket, pump.
Or it doesn't really matter? pump's really not that heavy but just want to be sure though.

i would use 6-32 to be standard with most other screws throughout the case... I'd not want to store more than whats actually needed, just a few extra pieces should be enough...

RRR, how much was that rivet nut gun? Also, can someone please show me what the finished product looks like on a radiator.

If I remember correctly, it cost a little over $60 with shipping...

The POP brand is way better than the one from Mcmaster's...
The one I got (#95585A100) was $55.22 and I had to get the 6-32 mandrel for it.

This may be a stupid question, but can you also use this POP tool for normal rivets to put a case back together?

Not sure about the POP PNT110, but they do have one's that can use rivet nut's and standard rivet's.
