I just came across this and for the fact its being cooled by a Zalman Reserator XT shocked me!

I didnt think they were that good, I know far from our top dogs, but not bad.

Take a look at what they're cooling that with, too. That's pretty damn nice.
Looks like a block to have for a monolithic die.
*me adds one to my order*

Too bad it's not compared to any other blocks.
Nice pics, though...

Yeh I would like to see it against another block atleast, but its the first review I have ever seen on the NexXxos blocks to be honest, so it was a welcome review.
I have 4 of these and at $15 each why not?! tho I have the non Nickel Plated version

CPU at 80C seems like a high load temp... they didnt publish water temps but they would have had to be high 50s to 60s... thats over most pumps safe operating temp and in the tube melting region!!!

Yeh I know, but given its cooling and pump are from the Reserator XT thats not bad at all! :)

You've got a point, that XT wouldn't cool as well as what any of us would put in our rigs. That block needs a more solid review with a better loop.

I do believe I can arrange that...
I'm gonna get one of these for my Phenom II build. Unlocked multi OCing FTW.

Looking forward to what you can find out about the block, Kayin.
I could maybe arrange for testing one too, but it would be pretty far back on the waiting list of blocks (testing finally starts this weekend, though).

I'm getting it as my main, I've known about these for years.
It's got a great coolant patch size, should do really well.

Any chance they can be bought for less than $100 USD??
P.S. I'd love to see the internal shots, it looks like this is a multi-layered block.

Hank's Fuck Shop has them for 65 bucks.

it is a multi-layer block ;) I can take pics if you like ?? I only have an acrylic version in hand atm though, the rest is all boxed up ready to move
and I wouldnt touch Hanks fuck shop with a million MILE stick with a condom on the end ;)
If hank is selling them for that, then realistically you can get them cheaper somewhere else ;)

Throw me a bone, what is a "Hanks Fuck Shop"? Don't want to accidentally order anything from him.

Honestly that's the cheapest I've seen it in the states. I'll keep looking though.
@Gaz: I would really like to see the layers of this block if you wouldn't mind :)

Sounds like a challenge Red, I have a customer who I would have to ask to test on his machine, but he wanted this block on a E7300 OC to 4 and 360 BIX and a D5 with an EK Xtop?
