You can't post a pic like this and not tell us what the drink of choice is. I'm enjoying a Sam Adams myself.

The Mrs and I are particular fans of the Sam Adams triple bock. Being a man of variety, I also collect good Italian wine to go with my pasta, and perhaps a sip of the Maker's Mark to take the bite out of a cold winter's evening. As someone once said, there's a time and place for everything.
whatever your poison is, here's to everyone's health ...

Thanks. This was custom made for me 10 years ago. The steel was forged by the great master bladesmith, Yves Conquet, and the file work executed by the artist Jean-Michel Cayron, both at La Coutellerie de Laguiole. No CNC machining - all handwork with files and other hand tools.
Some other photos (not taken by me) of the same piece have been posted on their web site:http://www.layole.com/fr/collection/pop_Laguiole_damas_pieces/ppages/ppage7.htm, http://www.layole.com/fr/collection/pop_Laguiole_Damas/ppages/ppage10.htm, http://www.layole.com/fr/collection/pop_Laguiole_damas_mitres/ppages/ppage12.htm, http://www.layole.com/fr/collection/pop_Laguiole_damas_mitres/ppages/ppage13.htm. BTW, I'm the "J" and my wife is the "S" in the third image.
