If you can get a D0 920, I would get that. The only benefit the 930 has over the 920 is an increased multiplier (22x vs 21x). However, it has been observed that even multipliers are unstable. As a result, most people OC'ing their 930 end up using the 21x multiplier instead of the 22x anyway.

Unless you've got a board that throttles the 21x multi for 920's, then the 930 is pretty much the same thing.
If you can save a considerable amount of cash, just stick with the 920.
