Dual core, 4 GB RAM, good cooling, and 250 GB hard drive for sub 350. If you swapped to a WD GreenPower, this thing would barely register on a Kill-A-Watt. Green PC as well as cheap.

I can drum down the machine further to the mid-200 range.
