These fans are listed as 2800RPM 0.7A, my testing shows they only run at 1850RPM 0.4A.

Still a good fan for high fin density 140x rads tho

but still yeah nice fans :)


hmm i was thinking to get a silent mod for my next rig
so while i game or edit or do heavy stuff everything runs normal (100%)

but when i wone watch a movie in peace i just pres 1 or 2 buttons and my fans pipe down my cpu underclocks for less heat and gpus onderclock


just a SILENT mode :)

Do you have a source for ball highs, or just sleeve highs?

ive only seen sleve

my rads are always verticle so sleve bearings are preferable to me.

Yeah, well, if I'm looking at having to spend 9 bucks a fan for bloody yate loons (Petra sells the medium/lows for 6 bucks a pop in quantities of 4 or more), they'd better be ball yates, because the only place I can fit my 140.3 is in the top of my case....

it turns out that YL has two high speed 140s

the regular high speed which is 1900 rpm and the super high speed which is 2800 rpm.

Im sending back my regular high speed 140s and they are sending me the supers

If yes, please ask if there's a way for someone in the US to get the super-high balls directly...

Yeah, i am just about to buy a bunch of these for a GTX560, were you happy ?with the faster models in the end?
