BP Off-Center Block Measurements?

I was wondering if anyone knew the offset distance of the BP off-center block...

EX: BP Offcenter Fitting Block (http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=393&products_id=24835)

I don't have one to measure for you, but the offset looks close to being about half the width of a barb. This make any sense?
