im running 12 fans besides the one exhaust fan im running off mobo. all the others are going on my controller.

They are

8 - http://www.jab-tech.com/YATE-LOON-120mm-Case-Fan-D12SL-12-pr-3009.html

and 4 http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/sc12slsy88cf.html

i have on 2 of the channels 2 Sycthes and 1 yate. the other two channels are stacked with 3 yates each

am i risking blowing my controlle ror what. i ran them before on my controller minus 2 yates. they just got added in. these fans will all get replaced when i find some nice white led ones. im thinking the enemax ones

Should be fine. I have a shitty Rhoebus running ~12 120mm fans. I just split it up evenly and everything's been running fine

can give a diagram of how you plan to hook this up

Note Max Power: 30W per channel on the lamptron FC3 = 2.5 amps (30w divide 12v) per knob control

Lemme see if I get this:
C1-2 sycthes 1 yate
C2-2 sycthes 1 yate
C3-3 yates
C4-3 yates

Right?

4 channels. 12 fans. - 3 fans per channel.

3 Yates - Channel 1
3 Yates - Channel 2
2 Scythe & 1 Yate - Channel 3
2 Scythe & 1 Yate - Channel 4

going for of a symmetrical build so all fans as soon as i have money for them are getting switched out for something that will max my radiators cooling capacity.

i have a MCR 320 and a MCR 220. both rads have a full complement of push /pull. the other 2 are just to get some more air INTO the case.

Kapt hit the nail on the head. You are fine with the setup you have now.
