Before I end up painting, I want to drill all the holes and file down the cuts. (this is a v2000, since you can't tell by just the metal)

I have 2 fillports that I will use. I think I might get another. One will be a cpu in/cpu out and one will be output for the side blocks.

So I'm thinking a nice 90 for the mosfet, but I'm not sure about where I should have the cpu return exit from.. I want it to look clean without the mess of tubing.
The black line is where the psu is, so there is no way I can drill or put a return past there.

Now the pump configuration is a bit more difficult because there is only 5 3/4" of space between the top of the fan on the bottom radiator and mid level aluminum shelf.
I'm very limited on space, so I can only mount the pumps to the shelf.

I'll have to cut the mounts a little bit and drill. I just wish these D5's had rings that were flat, because it would make spacing them side by side a hell of a lot easier. Don't mind the frayed mesh.. it will be black when it's all said and done.

Why not mount one to the first fan on the rad closest the bottom and the other one to the case in front of that?

That is not a bad idea.. the tube that has a black FUFUFUFUFUFUFUFU sleeve would be that pump.
The difference is that the mcr320 radiator is going to have those panaflos (painted white) on the bottom with blue yate loons on the top. So ultimately it will be raised 25mm..

This is what I did before. The problem is that it will be almost impossible to run the tubing from the top of the D5 since it will be practically on the shelf.
You can see from this pic.. add another 25mm and you need the d5 ouput as close to the fillport barbs as possible..

and.. next to the single radiator is another 220.

The way the double sits, the single radiator runs tubing right underneath it. It's F*CKING TIGHT

This is how I ran the tubing before.. I kind of want something nicer than just the tubing going through the hole..
