My diy $50 poor mans bench rack :)
Drilled out 8 holes for the radiators (4)on the bottom shelf
I need to pickup a few more L brackets and aluminum braces for the middle shelf. Middle will contain the psu, pumps, resevoirs, dvd, etc.
Top acrylic will be the motherboard.
I won't peel the plastic off until the end
:-o

Hey, not too shabby...
I need a bench rack myself, but I'm trying really hard to get everything into cases ATM...

kayin with your build skill and given the right materials and inspiration, i am sure you'd be able to come up with something equally nice and functional.

eddie watch out for horrizontal mounted rads.
The fans dont last very long in that possition.
Longest ive had fans last is about 3-4 months if there yates.

eddie try to lay them on the side if possible.
Not even my zalman fans are showing to last very long.
Of course you can always remove and let them run verticle for some time and then prop them again horizontal.
Its because when you lay the fans horrizontal like that, the bearings cant self lube itself. And this is how the fan slowly starts to die.

zalmans are sleeve bearing too, same as yates...

Sorry, haven't updated this yet.. I'll take pics tomorrow.
Got the middle shelf in and it looks good. Put nice casters on the bottom, so it can roll around smoothly on the wood.
I need to add a few aluminum-horizontal pieces, so it wont produce as much flex.
Everything is just loose at the moment (meaning not bolted on and done with ocd like fashion, but I'm really digging the innovatek resevoir-eheim combo.
I'm telling you, this is the fastest bleeding resevoir ever (i've used a t, micro-res, a bitspower bay, and this one)
I pour water in it, flick the power, a little more water and within seconds it's bled.
It would actually work really well with a D5 pump. The input plug needs to be about 2mm in diameter thicker than bitspower D plug.

If the yates die, so be it. I'm too lazy to find a way to get these things to hang :o
