So that will theoretically eliminate the red ring of death problem?

So that will theoretically eliminate the red ring of death problem?
Not only that, but also the GPU overheating problem which plagued my last (2) XBOX 360's...:bat:
Some fucking heroin addicted chinese slave laborers applied the fucking tim on these shitty built systems:fact:

The Lian Li 360 case has so many design oversights and flaws it's scary.

Expand your thought please...:)
You can't use both the memory card slots at the same time, the cover doesn't close because the sound dampening material is in the way, getting the Lian Li power button to reach the power button on the 360 PCB can be problematic since there's too much space between them. Not to mention it's much bulkier than the original.
However that is just what I observed on a friends console and he bought the casing as soon as it was released so maybe they ironed out the issues.

Thats a nice WB, I'm using the Innovatek one. Its aluminum, but nice and low profile. I just use an aluminum rad so no corrosion.

hey Red great minds think alike, I have been waiting for someone to get the new XSPC blocks so I can order one, I知 doing the same thing ;)
But I am using one 360 shell to house the Rad and pump and the other for the block and gear, so it will look like I知 running 2x 360's at once, I知 going to have to mod in a mini power supply and led痴 for the power button  it will be fun none the less, and DONT WORRY I will create a thread for it ;) but I知 keen to see yours as well, I知 anticipating the PoRn already!! :slobber:

Red the reason I was asking about the TT symphony mini was I wanted to gut it and put a TC Rad in it and a pump in the base and connect that to my water cooled Xbox 360, that way its nice a neat while still keeping the 360 looks and hopefully avoiding RROD's :p
One last thing did the new update on Xbox Live change how your fans run on your 360? because both of mine are loud as shit since the update?
RedRaider

The update did nothing noticinle to the fans on my 360.

hmmmmm so what happened to mine? :( I got my elite back too, its noisier then I downloaded the latest patch on my other 360 and the same thing, maybe the US has had the fix for awhile?
RedRaider
01-27-2009, 06:47 AM
Well they could have replaced your elite with an older repaired model, that they update changed the fan settings..
I found that LiLi case for $119/shipped, thinking about getting it..:)
Plan to use a DDC3.2/XSPC res top/PA120.3 for the 360..;)
Gazmtk

Make sure you read the reviews on the LiLi case Red, as I said the quality seems like a rushed make do case :o
How are you looking at mounting the Rad? im curious because as I said im gonna have something like a big speaker stand hiding my rad and pump :) well thats my idea atm
and thats a valid point.. they could of replaced my elites internals... I hope not :(

Gaz,
These are more light than I suspected. While its not trackable or insured, first class to down under is usually reliable and shouldn't set you back much more than $10.
If I had a 360 I'd put one in for myself but I have a ps3 sadly, I was corrupted towards the wrong platform early on :guitarhero:

red i had an idea for wcing the xbox 360 with that block rite there!
Those rad housing at mountainmods + a 90degree to a xspc res/top+ mcp355+ 360 rad
thats what i would use but you still got to worry about the power
this is would be external kind of thing
