Now for a bit of cable work. I think I ordered the wrong size of shrink wrap for some of what I'm doing, so I'll probably order some more this week and do other stuff until I get it and can continue with the other rads...

Looks damn good Jack

If I had to do it all over again, I would have definitely gone with the black anodized.

Man that MM case is nice indeed. How large is that one? It doesnt look too much bigger than my torture rack.

Yup you are right. I looked it up.
Torture Rack is: 14.7x12.1x14.4 so its a little bigger.

i have a test cube of 18inches (alum frame), tried placing an rd30 in it and 3 radiators, filled it up in no time, and wanting for more space followed...

Ok, so after a lot of procrastination and busy time, I got down to some work these past few days.

I am getting tired of all the individually sleeved cables, so I decided to go for a different sleeving approach for my PSU. I just did a PCIE cable and the 8-pin EPS cable to start and see how it would look:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v391/zlojack/DSC02478.jpg

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v391/zlojack/DSC02480.jpg

Then I did some test fitting of the rads and pump mounting. Unfortunately, the filters I wanted to use won't fit with this rad spacing (with Thermochill 25mm, they would be fine but with 15mm they're a no go). I guess I'll go with plan B.

Anyway, two pumps will be mounted as shown for the chipset and GPU loop. Still need to do a lot of wire stuff before I move everything into the case. Also need to get my HK plated :D

correction p0Pe 3 280's and one 260 :p

Really nice and clean sleeving job! It hasn't really made much sence to me - at any time - to individually sleeve the PCI-e cables - that just makes more mess IMO. I can understand it for the ATX power though..

Will having the pump mounted on the rad affect the performance of your cooling?

zlojack

I don't think it will.

Alright, so looks like I will have some time for working on this stuff again.

Watch for updates :D

Believe it or not, I actually got something done!!!

Found some time to get Junior together and up and running.

Final specs for Jr. are as follows

Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD4P
i7 920 C0 (a decent chip that does ~3.8 GHz)
Crucial DDR3 6GB 7-7-7-20 1066 (these can do 1600)
WD Caviar Black 500 GB
SLI GTX 280
Corsair 1000HX

Watercooling
Apogee GTZ
FUFUFUFUFUFUFUFU VID-428
Swiftech MCP 355 w/XSPC Restop
BP Fittings (many types!)
Primochill 3/8" - 5/8" Blue tubing

Turned out pretty good for a "quick and dirty" job. I was originally planning to put the GTX 280s in the big rig (and I might still do it) but since I've lost 2 cards in the past 3 weeks (a 260 and a 280 hae both crapped out on me) I figure I'll go with this for now. The best part is, I can now concentrate on putting the big one together without worrying about cannibalizing, since this rig is complete.

I didn't take many pics, but here are a few:
