I have a Bitspower temperature probe in my reservoir and it shows a water temperature of 27.1°C. This was calibrated with about 5 others and some bigNG digital sensors, so I am pretty sure it is halfway accurate, at least enough for me.

Both Aqaustream pumps show a water temperature of 32.7°C.

I remember seeing in a review of an Aquaduct 360, that AC basically strapped an air (foil) temperature sensor on the tubing to measure the so-called water temperature like this:

Question is:

Exactly how does the Aquastrem pump determine the water temperature within the pump?

Since we can not have a direct contact to the water, the sensor is mounted near the water chamber.

You can use an offset in the aquasuite for the aquaduct and aquastream to recalibrate the temperature.

btw: that pic of the aquaduct must be a really old version :D Looks a lot different now.
